A Letter From The Southern Rock Cruise Team

In about three months we’ll be heading South to join the legendary artists and devoted fans on our inaugural Southern Rock Cruise. Having followed with great concern a furious Mother Nature wreaking havoc on parts of Texas, Florida and the Caribbean, we’re counting our blessings while keeping all those lives who have been lost or affected in our thoughts and prayers. We very much look forward to again visiting the beautiful Caribbean ports devastated by the storms as soon as practicable.

This season has made us appreciate everything we have even more - the opportunity to enjoy the very best of southern rock, spend time with old friends and make some new ones, and visit Jamaica and Grand Cayman all aboard the luxury Royal Caribbean Brilliance of the Seas.

We’re honored that Lynyrd Sknyrd (with a special appearance in Jamaica), 38 Special, The Marshall Tucker Band, The Outlaws, Molly Hatchet, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Wet Willie, and so many more will be joining us in early 2018. However, we’re grateful that you will be with us too.  In this newsletter, among others, you’ll find an interview with Rodney Justo, hotel transfer info and an article on traveling through an often-overlooked “Southern rock” destination - Macon, Georgia. Whatever your mode of transportation is to get South to Tampa in January, and any upcoming travels you may have this fall, safe journeys.
