MUSIC AND EVENT VENUES
Pool, Spinnaker Lounge, Crystal Atrium and Bar City PERFORMANCES
You do not need to present your keycard at the entrances to these venues as none of these shows are color-coded and are open general admission.
Seats are not assigned and can be selected on a first come-first served basis.
Guests are advised to come with their entire party as we don’t allow the saving of seats.
STARDUST THEATER PERFORMANCES
Every guest will have the opportunity to see a nightly show in this theater based upon the designated show time (blue for early show and red for late show).
To ensure that the entry and seating procedure is both fair and easy, we have adopted the following policies and procedures:
- You must present your keycard to the ushers at the entrance in order to enter the theater for the appropriate show time. There are four entrances to the theater, two on Deck 6 and two on Deck 7.
- Doors will open for each show approximately 30 minutes before scheduled show time. Seats are not assigned and can be selected on a first come-first served basis.
- Guests are advised to come to the theater with their entire party. We only allow one seat to be saved per guest.
- Guests who interfere with the fair and safe entry into the theater may risk forfeiting their rights to attend that show or other shows. Our goal is to provide the best entertainment experience for all our guests, and we request that you treat all guests and staff with respect. Any behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests will result in removal from the show. The taking of flash photos and recording of the shows violates our contracts with the performers. Since it is impossible to easily discern what type of equipment can record, no electronic equipment of any kind will be allowed in the theater during shows.
DINE WHEN YOU WANT
With no set dining times and no seat assignments, you can dine on your time and not on a schedule. Although not required, we recommend making reservations for large groups at a recommended time for the premium restaurants. There are 4 ways to book reservations while onboard:
- Walk up to any hostess podium
- Stop by Restaurant Reservations Desk, next to Guest Services on Deck 7, Mid
- Call Restaurant Reservations at extension 050
- Use any digital touchscreen for specialty restaurants

The Thermal Suite is a passage toward ultimate relaxation. Based on the concept of Turkish baths, where friends and family spent the day relaxing, the heat and cleansing therapies of our Thermal Suite experience include heated ceramic lounge chairs, a Thalasso Therapy Pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, and tropical rain showers. Different herbal steam and sauna grottos cleanse the body with gentle heat while a therapeutic heated-water pool bubbling effect will wash away stiff and sore joints. Take a dip in the Vitality Pool or enjoy a warm waterfall cascading onto your shoulders. Heated chaise lounges and tropical shower features make this both a relaxing and cleansing experience.

NORWEIGAN SMOKING POLICY
Public areas throughout all our ships are smoke-free. If you smoke regular or electronic cigarettes, you can do so in designated areas only. If you prefer pipes or cigars, you can smoke in the Cigar Bar or designated smoking lounge. Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and pipes is permitted in outdoor public guest spaces and open decks where designated by the ship's management based on the ship's specific characteristics and arrangement. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in or near venues serving food, the jogging track, outdoor sporting venues, The Haven outdoor areas and children's pool areas. Active Casino players may smoke cigarettes in the Casino during gaming hours. Cigarette smoking is not permitted in any other indoor venue or location.
Guests in the Garden Villas may smoke in their private garden and on their private sun decks.
Guests are not permitted to smoke cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars or pipes in their staterooms or on their balconies. Cigar and pipe smoking in staterooms and on balconies is prohibited. Smoking inside your stateroom or on your balcony will result in a $250 USD cleaning charge added to your onboard account. If cigarette burns on furniture, linens, towels or carpeting are detected; guests will be advised and charged for the damages.
Electronic cigarettes cannot be used in public areas where there is a No Smoking policy in force; simply because these cigarettes look so realistic and therefore other guests' perception is that we are not enforcing the No Smoking rule.
Other than drink service charges, all tips for servers, cabin stewards, etc., have been pre-paid. However, please feel free to reward exemplary service with the internationally recognized sign of gratitude: “tipping.”
Norwegian Cruise Line requires ALL guests to PRESENT A VALID PASSPORT from their country of origin at embarkation. There are no substitutes for this requirement. A valid passport is one that expires more than 6 months after the date the cruise disembarks. Since the date of disembarkation is January 12, 2019, all passports must be valid through July 12, 2019. Guests with non-US passports are responsible for obtaining whatever visas they need to disembark at any and all of the ports of call.
