Seating Procedures

One of our primary goals for the Southern Rock Cruise is to establish a seating procedure that is easy to administer, is fair and allows our guests to fully enjoy all of the aspects of the cruise.

Seat Selection Procedure

Once inside the venue, your seat selection procedure depends upon whether you are in the SAFE Program or General Admission Seating Program.

A. Safe Program

Guests who require special assistance to enter the Pacifica Theatre and be seated must complete the Special Assistance Form for Entry (“SAFE”). Upon review of the guest’s SAFE, the guest will be issued a Seating Card. The only way to guarantee an accessible reserved seat is to complete the SAFE prior to the deadline below:

Click here to complete the SAFE FORM

  • Forms: All SAFE forms must be completed prior to October 31, 2017.
  • Seats: Guests participating in the SAFE program will have two seats reserved for them and their traveling companion in the Pacifica Theatre.
  • Entrance: Special Assistance Guests shall enter the Pacifica Theatre 15 minutes before doors open

We will be assigning seats to those of you that sign up for our SAFE seating program based on your ability to move around the theater. Once we have assigned your seat to you on Day One, this will be your seat for the remainder of the cruise – we will not be able to accommodate you trading spaces.

Lining Up: SAFE Guests may enter the venue 10 minutes before doors open to  access their reserved seat.  Because General Admission guests are admitted on a first come, first served basis, it is likely that guests will line up at the various entrances in anticipation of "Doors." For this reason, we encourage SAFE guests to arrive no more than 10 minutes before the  doors open.

B. General Admission Seating Program

Most guests will select their seats in the Pacifica Theatre on a first come, first served basis, in accordance with the General Admission Seating Program described below.

  • Entrances:There are 4 entrances to the Pacifica Theatre on the Brilliance of the Seas for General Admission. They include the following entry points to the Mainstage Show Lounge: Deck 5 Doors (Port), Deck 5 Doors (Starboard), Deck 6 Doors (Port) and Deck 6 Doors (Starboard).
  • Ushers:Royal Caribbean staff will be posted at every entrance. StarVista LIVE staff will be located inside the Pacifica Theatre to coordinate the seating process.
  • Doors:All General Admission doors will open 20 minutes before published show times.
  • Lining Up:Since the General Admission Guests are admitted on a first come, first served basis, it is likely that guests will line up at the various entrances in anticipation of “Doors”. Guests are asked to line up in a respectful manner and each guest may reserve one (1), and only one place in line for your traveling companion. Guests who attempt to “swell the line” at the time of Doors or otherwise interfere with the fair and safe entry into the Pacifica Theatre may risk forfeiting their right to enter the Pacifica Theatre for that show or other shows.
